Albany Creek Vet Surgery & ACVet Hospital opens at 7.30am Monday to Friday to allow owners to drop off patients with nursing staff for day procedures, operations or if owners need to get to work or have other commitments. At 7.30am the practice is staffed by nurses and phones are answered after 8.00am. Vets are on-site and available after 8.30am and appointments start at 9.00am.
Emergencies will be given priority for urgent attention and do not need an appointment but it is helpful if we are aware an emergency is on the way. For after hours emergencies, our phones divert to BVECCS who provide 24 hour veterinary care.
